Summary
A monk residing at a temple in Tsuchizaki Town. He gave away the "kanzashi" as a commemorative gift when Okayo was chosen as Miss Tosa Port.
In the Xbox 360 version, he is given the name Shinmyō, and aside from being in a romantic relationship with Okayo, other aspects of his character have been altered.
